CONTENTS:
Job posters should understand
that they can provide their job details only when they get registered
with us and to do so customers contact details are also required.
You agree that RightTradesMen
does not approve Tradesperson who are listed on this site.
You acknowledge that RightTradesMen
kept the right to limit the access and may deactivate the account of
any Job poster/ trades person. This would only be possible if we believe
that you have misuse the service we provide.
DISCLAIMER:
This is to confirm that these
terms and conditions are put in place to help us settle an agreement
among us which would be able to resolve any matters/issues that may
arise. If these terms and conditions employ any facts/procedures that
are untrue then the remaining facts/procedures shall be enforceable
without the consent of those invalid facts/procedures. All headings
that are used in these terms and conditions are just to make things
easy for you to differentiate among different criteria’s of these
terms and conditions.
Job Poster:
You acknowledge that services
provided by Right Trades Men are not responsible for any kind of dealing
or negotiation and are not liable for any problem or losses between
you and the Trade person.
It is responsibility of a Job
poster to select a suitable Trades person.
Right Trades Men does not act
as a contractor between the users.
You acknowledge that it is
your responsibility to confirm negotiation, guarantee, quality work,
insurance cover, qualification or any certification with your Trade
Person.
Trade Person:
You acknowledge that you are
legal to work for the quoted job.
Right Trades Men provides you
with job which matches your information and does not guarantee jobs
and correctness/completion of any information provided by the Job poster.
Right Trades Men does not act
as a contractor between the users.
You acknowledge that services
provided by Right Trades Men are not responsible for any kind of dealing
or negotiation and are not liable for any problem or losses between
you and the Job Poster.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
AND DATA PROTECTION:
You agree that you allow us
to use your information for trade purpose.
You acknowledge that you are
completely responsible for the information you provide, we are only
responsible or liable for securing that information to the highest possible
level so no one else would be able to access it.
RightTradesMen has no responsibility
for the loss of any data while storing it or in any other case with
consent to the website. Also we can update and modify these terms and
conditions from time to time. Any major changes will be reported to
you via email to all active users. RightTradesMen kept the right that
the website may discontinue for some reason and shall not be liable
to you in terms of any costs, expenses, modifications.
Right Trades Men confirm correct
and accurate information provided by users but cannot be liable for
any problems or losses in the content. You acknowledge that we can use
and disclose our user’s information (see our Privacy Policy).
You acknowledge not to make
any use of individual contact information provided via the Service
for any unwanted or commercial messages. In addition, no information
will be disclosed to any Third Party. You also agree to use information
in agreement with appropriate laws and regulations without limitation

The Company safeguard your
personal information on a database and will securely forward details
of Job posters to suitable Trade Persons. Customer will get the Trades
person detail when Trades person quote the job. Rating, comments and
registration will be saved for the viewers on the website.
If users demand a copy of data
held by the Right Trades Men, then administrative cost will charged
i.e. £25.
Users can obtain information
through the website or can communicate using our contact details. Information
related to job and work will be notified after registration via service.
USERS RESPONSIBILITIES:
You acknowledge not use the
services to inject viruses or worms to users or third parties by any
mean. In addition, it is your responsibility not to use our services
in such a way which results in damaging our website or makes it less
efficient or interrupted. Jobs posters and Trades person only post or
tender jobs which are legal and in agreement with all appropriate laws.
Do not use website for any illegal purpose. You acknowledge it is your
responsibility for any content you make available on the website. Do
not post any material which is offensive, misleading, threatening or
which causes any inconvenience. You agree not to use the website for
any kind of marketing to users or third party.
You acknowledge not to copy
and reproduce any content from the website and transmit or post any
material for advertising/promotions without the company’s permission.
You acknowledge to claim independently
for any action against any user arising out of the use of the service.
OUR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Although we try to help and
find the best possible trades person for the Job Posters and the best
possible customers for the trades person by applying certain different
checks on the information provided by the user such as we collect regular
feedback of our tradespersons from customers being served by them.
But we cannot guarantee the
ability of a trades person that whether they would be able to complete
the corresponding job hence, we cannot guarantee the ability of any
customer that they would be able to pay for the job whether completed
or not. So we do not offer any kind of warranty/guarantee.
THE RIGHT TRADES MEN RIGHTS:
The Right Trades Men terms
and conditions from time to time. We have the right to change or terminate
all or part of, for the short term or long term, the Service with or
without notice to you and you acknowledge that the Company shall not
be responsible to you or any Third Party for any modification to or
discontinuance of the Service.
LIABILITY:
You agree that RIGHTTRADESMEN
shall not be responsible or liable for any claim, loss or damages of
any sort incurred as the result of any dealings between the Users. Similarly,
any disputes between the Users on this Website, RIGHTTRADESMEN in under
no obligation to become involved.
FEEDBACK
You acknowledge that Job poster
can show interest by leaving feedback or rating for other users.
Trades person will be subject
to feedback evaluation from job poster. Job Poster is directly responsible
for their own written evaluation and provided feedback. Similarly, Job
Posters who give feedback is responsible for its correctness and legality.
You agree not to use any illegal
or abusive feedback, the website may ban such users.
RightTradesMen performs different
checks on feedback. Those feedback which cannot be verified will be
removed.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS:
User registration is absolutely
free on RightTradesMen.
Charges applied to Trades professional
whenever they buy the leads. We have the right to change the amount
of any applied charges from time to time.
You agree that refunds will
not be given for the Lead payments in any case.
You acknowledge that we accept
all payments by debit or credit cards through a ‘PayPal’ account
only. If the payment does not get through we will let you know straightway
and then you may update your payment details or provide you with an
alternative account to proceed.
LAW AND JURISDICTION:
Each part, statement and procedure
mentioned in these terms and conditions shall be ruled and demonstrated
in accordance with the English law.
Any subject matter that leads
to any kind of disputes among these terms and conditions shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
